What is Required?
In order to rent a car at our Baton Rouge dealership, you will need to meet the following requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Have a valid driver's license
Temporary licenses are not accepted. International drivers require an international license.
Provide a major credit card in the renter's name
We do not accept pre-paid cards, checks or cash.
Provide proof of insurance
Full coverage, comprehensive and collision.

Do you require a security deposit?
We take a $200 preauthorization hold on a major credit card when the customer comes to pick up the rental. Most credit card companies take 24-72 to release your funds back to your account.
What are your rental center hours?
Our rental center is open from Monday-Friday from 8:00-5:00 and on Saturday from 8:00-4:00.
Can I rent a vehicle at one location and return it to another location?
At this time, the vehicle must be returned to Team Toyota.
Can I rent any Toyota vehicle?
We have a wide variety of the latest models available for rent. Feel free to contact us for information on our available models.
Can I buy the vehicle I am renting?
Absolutely. Most Toyota Rent a Car vehicles are available to purchase after their short four-month service period.
Can I take the vehicle I rented into Mexico or Canada?
Toyota Rent a Car vehicles are allowed in the continental United States, Alaska and Canada. Toyota Rent a Car vehicles are not covered in Mexico.
Can I tow a trailer or my boat with a TRAC rental?
We allow towing with select rentals, as long as the rental vehicle has our factory installed hitch and you do not exceed the manufacturer's payload weight specification.
